Fitness and Yoga Classes

Hatha Yoga

This style encompasses all styles of physical yoga. Asanas, (Physical postures) are combined with Pranayama (yogic breathing) to release physical and mental tension encouraging mind and body integration.

Ashtanga Yoga

This is a dynamic form of Yoga in which the postures are linked into flowing sequences. These improve your flexibility, strength and stamina through this dynamic use of breathing and body heat.

Yogalates

This is a new highly effective form of exercise that blends the worlds oi Yoga and Pilates, encompassing the flexibility, meditative and weight loss elements of Yoga with the muscle strengthening and toning of Pilates. Yogalates is an ideal balance of body, mind, breathing and movement and will leave you looking your best by improving your posture, strengthening your body and spine and releasing your stress.

Yoga and Meditation

A yoga-based stretch programme, which will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. It also incorporates meditation exercises that will bring the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.

Come and challenge your mind and body's strength as you experience a totally different method of Ashtanga yoga. It is quite an advanced class although the sequences are easy to follow; it helps to tone your body whilst relaxing your mind.

Aqua

Classes are suitable for all, although exercise in water is particularly beneficial for anyone returning to exercise recovering from injury. Equipment such as floats and foam dumbbells may be used to increase the intensity of the workout.

Tai Chi

An ancient form of moving meditation. It will help top relieve tension and restore mind and body to its original state of integrity.
